We provide full-scale, comprehensive management services. The following is a list of services provided. If something is missing that you require, please let us know.

Grant writing: We can help your organization obtain funding

Licenses: We will renew all types of licenses associated with your organization. This can include liquor, COO certificates, fire/burglar alarm certificates.

Insurance: We will renew and shop for any and all insurances (property, windstorm)

Inspections: Have a kitchen inspection? Fire alarm inspection? We will be there to meet the inspector so you don’t have to.

Bookkeeping/Accounting: We will balance the books and provide timely, consolidated reports for your board meetings. The bills and invoices will be paid in a timely manner.

Membership: We can maintain memberships lists and assist with sign-ups. We can provide outreach services to reach out to past members or

prospect for new ones.

Events: If your organization has event space, we can write the contracts, book, and oversee the events.

Groups: We will write contracts and select appropriate outside groups that want to rent space indoors or outdoors on an ongoing basis.

Maintenance: Your organization’s maintenance can be fully managed. Any plumbers, electricians, alarm installers, etc. will be met onsite so you don’t have to. If you have landscaping needs, we will pair you with the best possible landscaper and supervise their work.

Food/Beverage: Ordering from our network of distributors, all food and beverage needs can be met.

Marketing: Marketing is more important than ever in today’s 501(c)(3) landscape.
